How to Clean Your InstantVap Vaporiser

Regular cleaning helps prevent residue build-up, blockages and inconsistent vapour production. Follow the instructions supplied with your exact model. The guidance below summarises the current InstantVap cleaning method.

Safety before cleaning ⎯

Wear a suitable respirator, protective gloves and eye protection.

Work in a well-ventilated area and point the outlet away from yourself and other people.

Disconnect the power source before handling or cleaning the heated unit.

Do not force a cleaning cycle through a blocked outlet. If the unit is blocked, stop and contact us.

Cleaning the InstantVap Lite ⎯

Treatments between cleans

Clean the Lite at least once every 20 treatments, or sooner if performance changes.

If the unit has cooled, heat it as directed in the manufacturer instructions.

Remove the battery.

Remove the dispenser.

Fill the correct InstantVap Lite silicone cleaning cap with clean water.

Turn the heated unit upside down and firmly fit the cleaning cap to the dispenser tube.

06

Keep the outlet pointed away from people, then carefully turn the unit upright.

07

Repeat until the unit no longer produces residue.

Cleaning the InstantVap Compact & Original ⎯

Treatments between cleans

Clean the Original or Compact at least once every 100 treatments, or sooner if performance changes.

Watch cleaning after use

Heat the Original to 200 °C, or heat the Compact to its normal operating temperature.

Turn the unit off. Disconnect the Original from its power source or remove the Compact battery.

Remove the dispenser.

04

Fill the correct silicone cleaning cap about one-third full with clean water.

05

Turn the heated unit upside down and firmly fit the cleaning cap to the dispenser tube.

06

Keep the outlet pointed away from people, then carefully turn the unit upright.

07

Repeat until the unit no longer produces residue.

Cleaning the InstantVap Turbo ⎯

The Turbo requires model-specific care because of its higher operating power. Follow the cleaning procedure supplied with the unit. If you do not have the instructions or are unsure which cleaning cap or procedure applies, contact us before cleaning.

Cleaning products

Use clean water and the correct genuine silicone cleaning cap for your model. Do not use chemicals or solvents unless the manufacturer specifically directs you to do so.
