Stay protected during oxalic acid vaporisation (OAV) with a reusable half face respirator. Standard dust masks and N95 respirators are not designed to protect against acid gases, making a compatible respirator essential when working with oxalic acid vapor.
Safety Information:
- Always perform a seal check before each use.
- Replace cartridges immediately if you detect odor, taste, or experience increased breathing resistance.
- Stand upwind of the hive during treatment.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and sealed safety goggles if not using a full-face respirator.
Note: This respirator must be used with compatible acid gas/organic vapor cartridges (sold separately). Ensure the respirator and cartridges are suitable for your application and follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper fit, use, and replacement.
