Operation & Controls

The digital display provides direct operating information:

A separate LED also shows the operating state:

Battery and power guidance

Battery and charger are not included.

  • Choose the battery-socket variant that exactly matches your battery platform. Each unit is built for one battery type.
  • Use a good-quality, fully charged compatible 18–20 V battery with at least 4 Ah capacity.
  • Manufacturer estimate at 20°C: approximately 1 Ah for warm-up, then a further 1 Ah for 8 treatments using 2 g per treatment.
  • Actual capacity varies with battery condition, ambient temperature and operating conditions.

The InstantVap® Turbo 18V is the high-throughput cordless model for commercial beekeepers and larger apiaries. At its optimum setting, a 2 g dose takes around 10 seconds, helping you move through long hive runs with less waiting between treatments.

Select the battery socket that matches your existing tool platform. The Turbo draws more current than the Lite or Compact, so it needs a good-quality compatible battery with at least 4 Ah capacity.

Battery and charger are not included. Use appropriate PPE and follow the current product label, permit conditions and manufacturer instructions.
